
NPI, CRREAT and YPI are preparing a conference on thunderstorms

NPI of the CAS and Research Centre of Cosmic Rays and Radiation Events in the Atmosphere (CRREAT) managed by NPI, in cooperation with the Cosmic Ray Division of the Yerevan Physics Institute, Armenia (YPI), are organizing the 8th TEPA Conference from 17 to 20 October 2022 in Prague. "TEPA" is an abbreviation for the Thunderstorms and Elementary Particles Acceleration.
The chairman of the TEPA conference, focusing on atmospheric high-energy physics, will be Ashot Chilingarian (YPI), co-chairman will be Ondřej Ploc (NPI), deputy director of the CRREAT project. The deadline for the abstracts will be 15 August, their assessment will take place by 15 September, the final program of the conference will be published on its website on 5 October.
