27. 06. 2022
The 14th International Conference on Hypernuclear and the Strange Particles Physics, HYP2022, is co-organized by NPI of the CAS, in cooperation with FNSPE CTU in Prague in OREA Hotel Pyramida from June 27 to July 1, 2022.
The conference is supported by CAAS (Center for Applied Natural Sciences) and THEIA-STRONG2022 projects, and by the large infrastructures BNL-CZ, CERN-CZ and FAIR-CZ, in which NPI participates, or NPI directly leads them.
Part of the conference is a public lecture by prof. Laura Fabbietti from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) entitled How to cook a neutron star, which will take place on Tuesday, June 28 at 6 pm at the FNSPE building, participation is possible after previous registration here.
As a pre-conference event, during the weekend before the conference, from June 24 to 26, the 31st Indian-Summer School of Physics was held at the Emauzy Monastery, for students and young scientists dealing with heavy ion physics, at which some foreign guests of HYP2022 also lectured.
